If you are not satisfied with the quality of the received medication / if your order has not arrived or arrived damaged or incomplete, we will offer you a refund. In any case, you should contact us immediately and we will give you the address which can be used to return the unused product within 30 days after it has been delivered to you. As soon as we receive the product back, the refund procedure will be initiated.
Make sure that you give us a valid shipping address when completing the order form as any mistake may result in non-delivery of your order. We recommend that you carefully check the order details before submitting it. If you noticed that you gave us the incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately and may be we will be able to correct the mistake. If you didn’t receive the ordered medications due to incorrect shipping address you gave us, we will not be able to give you money back.
